Zeesterflat 117 is located on the fourth floor of the Sterflat building and is directly situated on the north boulevard. You cross the Boulevard and walk straight onto the beach.
From the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful horizon, the beach, the sea, and the bustling activity on the Boulevard from your comfortable lounge chair. Due to its northwest orientation, it is sheltered in the winter and still pleasant to stay after a warm day at the beach.
The building is equipped with 2 elevators that take you from the garage/entrance to the floor of your apartment and vice versa. The stair connection is located at the ends of the outer gallery.
The apartment, suitable for 2 people, has been completely modernized and redecorated. The use of natural materials and color palette creates a pleasant atmosphere. The ultimate holiday, yet a feeling of home.

You enter the apartment into the hallway, where there is a pantry, the entrance to the bathroom, and the living room. The stylish bathroom is equipped with a Villeroy and Boch hanging toilet, spacious sink, walk-in rain shower, and as an extra service, there is a washing machine at your disposal. If you prefer to use a shower chair, we also have one available for you.
In the living room, you immediately see the beautiful view, a comfortable sofa, a comfortable swivel chair, and a flat-screen TV. Even from the 4-person dining area, you have a sea view.
The living room is connected to the bedroom. There is ample closet space here.
The double bed (2 single mattresses with single duvets) has a total size of 180x200cm. There is also a second flat-screen TV with cable channels here.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has all the conveniences. Such as an induction hob, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, Nespresso Magimix capsule machine, but also the classic coffee percolator with sachets.

Our garage is suitable for a car of average size. Another option is public parking, and you can use our digitized parking permit at a reduced rate.

Please leave the property in good condition. If it appears that extra cleaning is needed, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
Cancellation policy:
You will receive half of the booking amount refunded, minus cancellation fees, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in time by 12:00 noon CET (Central European Time).
