Costs
- Prices are season-dependent. Starting from €110 per night, minimum of 3 nights.
- Rental periods run weekly with changeover days on Fridays. Deviation from this can be arranged upon agreement.
- Rental price includes gas, water, and electricity costs.
- Cleaning fee €35.
- Tourist tax is settled separately.
Other information
Our garage is suitable for a car of average size. An alternative is public parking and using our digitized parking permit at a reduced rate.
You are always welcome to inquire about your specific requests without obligation.
Please leave the property in good condition. If additional cleaning is required, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee.
Cancellation policy
You will receive half of the booking amount refunded, minus cancellation fees, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in time until 12:00 noon CET (Central European Time).
